Katie, could you tell us a little bit about your mom?
Mom is 95 and still lives on her own
“Sure, my mom is almost 95 now and still lives on her own. She’s getting old and having trouble, but she’s still very independent and doesn’t want to give up that independence. I do worry about her because of her age, but I don’t want to take away her autonomy. She even refused to wear a medical alert pendant around her neck. She does wear hearing aids, but hardly ever has them in.
