Thank you for considering Caregiver Smart Solutions return policy. We hope that you will find the answers to your questions in our FAQs and YouTube videos. If, after reviewing these resources, you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us.

Please note that the core kit must be returned in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. If the core kit is not returned in its original packaging, it will not be eligible for a refund.
